Work Schedule:

Department Required Skills:

? Greet clients and serve as main point of contact for the duration of the event? Assist clients in making any changes to the event setup.? Troubleshoot and report issues in a timely manner? Provide a superior level of customer service? Use problem-solving skills to provide event adjustments for clients in a fast-paced setting? Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Production Manager? Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times? Attend and actively participate in mandatory staff meetings

Understand audiovisual equipment:
? Soundboards and light boards? Handheld microphones and lapel microphones? Laptops? Speakers & speaker stands? Projectors and LCD screen? Portable lights & stage lights
