About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Ford, Toa Baja. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. You will be expected to develop and implement effective sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and provide guidance and support to the sales team. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase sales volume, improve sales processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of successful sales
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in managing a sales team in the automotive industry
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales incentive programs
  • Experience in creating and executing sales plans

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
