Senior Game Designer (F2P mobile)

We're working with a small, creative team building innovative experiences for millions of players worldwide.

What You'll Do:

• Design and balance features, game systems, economies, and live events for a free-to-play mobile title.
• Create clear, thorough design documentation including wireframes, diagrams, and user flows.
• Drive long-term player engagement and monetization through smart, data-informed design.
• Analyze competitors and player behavior to evolve game mechanics and economy models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with artists, developers, and analysts to deliver production-ready gameplay.
• Prototype and iterate based on internal and community feedback.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years in game design, ideally on a mid-core mobile title.
• Deep understanding of F2P mechanics, systems design, and player psychology.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with spreadsheets, KPIs, and balance tuning.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with agile workflows and live-service operations.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Unity or similar engines.
• Background in economics, math, or behavioural psychology.
• Skills in Figma, Photoshop, or scripting (LUA, etc.).
• Prior experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Knowledge of multiplayer or real-time game mechanics.
